Olson Library Classroom Reservation Request Form

Please use this form to reserve a library classroom so that you may teach library resources to your students, or have your students conduct library research during class time.

Please note that we have limited availability of library classrooms. Instructors may not get their first choice or even any of the requested dates.

Requests for scheduling your course for the entire semester MUST go through Registration & Scheduling (227-1062).

In order to accommodate your request, please submit this form at least 7 days in advance, and not earlier than the third (3rd) day of classes.

Please wait for confirmation before telling your students where to meet.
