Accessibility is often seen as an accommodation for a select number of students. We have an opportunity, however, to engage all learners with materials that consider universal design. During this session, you will be introduced to definitions of access, along with the basics of document accessibility. We will look at the use of fonts, color, images, and how they relate to creating accessible course materials. If you are interested in creating OER, understanding these components is an important part of the process.
