Article Linker is a new feature from the company, Serials Solutions, that links the libary's online databases with the print and electronic journals available to NMU faculty, staff, and students. |

| Now, there is an icon or text label within an article that allows you to find out whether it is available at our library. |

| Previously, when you came across an article in a database, you had to search the library's online catalog (or ask a librarian) to determine if we owned that particular journal. |

Once you click on the icon you open another window listing the sources that contain the journal in full text. If none are available, farther down on the screen is link to search by the journal's issn number in the library catalog to see if there are print holdings available.
Finally, if the journal is not available electronically or in print, there is a link to Interlibrary Loan (just outside of view on the screen capture to the left).
