Regardless of your topic, the library probably has a ebook for you. Some of the library's more important collections include:

NetLibrary - 23,000+ books across all topics
Books 24x7 - 6,000+ computer and technology books
ACLS Humanities E-Book Project - over 1,700 books in history, area studies, political science, religion, literature and more
PsycBooks - over 1,400 books dealing with psychology and psychiatry
Gale Virtual Reference Library (GVRL) - although a rather small collection of 30+ books, GVRL contains some important reference works and subject encyclopedias.
Encyclopedia Britannica - The premiere encyclopedia, enhanced with an updated world atlas, thousands of images and videos, over 300,000 articles from respected magazines and journals, a guide to the Web's best sites, and more.

Our ebook collections allow you to browse by table of contents or perform a keyword search. The ACLS Humanities E-book Project allows browsing by subject too.

Unfortunately, for copyright issues, our ebook publishers do not allow downloading of the books. Printing is also restricted, usually to one page or section at a time. Regardless of these limitations the advantage of ebooks is they are available when you need them, 24 hours a day!
