_____ Meets Off-campus/off-site

_____ Meets Co-location

_____ Does not Meet on-campus every week (hybrid)

_____ Meets as either a clinic, directed study, field experience, internship, practicum, or study abroad

_____ I am a graduate student registered ONLY for thesis/project/continuing master's project credit

Previously, students approved for DLS were unable to borrow books from other libraries through interlibrary loan.
However, Olson Library now offers DLS+
which would add this interlibrary loan service if students are willing to pick up books from Olson Library.
